PRODUCTS
All jewellery on this website has been designed and made by Ewa Youngman. Items are made out of sterling silver. 18ct yellow gold plating is a term used to describe sterling silver metal that has been plated with 18ct yellow gold. Other materials used will be semi-precious stones, wood, leather and resins.
DISCLOSURE
We aim to ensure that all photographs are a clear representation of each product. However as a result of the individual nature of pieces items may vary slightly in colour from those displayed on the website. This can also be caused by variations in computer monitors.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
To place an order with Nothing Twice please follow the instructions given online. Once you have completed your shopping you will be sent to a secure card site where it will be possible to pay using any of the following:

- Paypal
Full payment for the price of the goods must be received before your order can be accepted and processed. The acceptance of your order establishes a contract between you (the Customer) and Nothing Twice (the Supplier) to supply you with the jewellery and accessory items as described in the product description. Nothing Twice reserves the right to reject orders should they not pass our security checks.
A confirmation e-mail of your order will be sent to you within 24 hours. As the Customer it is your responsibility to supply the correct details and check that your e-mail mailbox is in good working condition and is able to receive incoming communications.
All credit card transactions on this site are handled securely by our payment provider - PayPal - secure online payment gateways that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All payments will be subject to the buyer protection offered by that party. PayPal are fully compliant with payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS).
PRICES
All prices on the website are shown in € and £. Nothing Twice reserves the right to alter prices of products on this website at any time without notice.
Postage and packaging is free of charge for European and UK deliveries and chargeable outside of the EU and UK. Please see Delivery & Returns policy for further information.
DELIVERY
All orders that are placed on items that are in stock are shipped within 2-3 working days of your order being placed, unless otherwise stated in the product description. In the rare circumstance of the item you order not being immediately available, you will be contacted within 24 hrs to discuss appropriate action. This may involve details of expected delivery times or a substitute product, which could incur a part refund or extra payment as required, or full refund. All custom made (Silver Tailor) orders are shipped within 2-3 working days of final confirmation and the receipt of the final payment.
The goods will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you at the time that the order was placed.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.
PACKAGING
Your jewellery and accessories will be individually packed in a Nothing Twice pouch. Please be assured that every effort will be made to ensure that items are packed securely and safely.
RETURNS POLICY
Nothing Twice hopes that you are pleased with your item, but if you are not then you may return it to us for a refund or exchange it for another item within 14 days of receipt.
To return your item simply notify us within 7 days of the return on info@nothingtwice.co.uk and return the item within 14 days of receipt quoting: your invoice number, name and address. We will not process claims for goods to be returned of exchanged after this period of time.
To ensure that you are eligible for a refund you must have proof of purchase (original invoice number), there must be no evidence of wear and you must return the item in all of its original packaging. Items where there is evidence that they have been worn and items that do not have their original receipt and proof of purchase will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Nothing Twice reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges.
A returned item remains your responsibility until it reaches us and the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. It is advised that you send it via Special Delivery since we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
FAULTY ITEMS
Every effort is made to ensure that items are always packed securely and safely. However, should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the item within 14 days of receipt. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order it is advised that you contact us immediately before it is too late and your ordered has already been processed.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Nothing Twice will not share your e-mail, postal address or any other details with any third party. If you join our VIP mailing list, your e-mail address will not be passed on to any third party and will only be used for Nothing Twice newsletters, promotions, events and notifications of new products. You can unsubscribe to this service at any time by e-mailing info@nothingtwice.co.uk.
Once you have made a purchase with Nothing Twice you will automatically be added to our mailing list. If however you do not wish to be contacted simply e-mail info@nothingtwice.co.uk and we can ensure that you are removed from our mailing list.
Our payment provider PayPal handle all credit card transactions securely. Payments will be subject to the buyer protection offered by that party. We do not store financial information or personal information anywhere on this site.

Any legal issues arising as a result of this website shall be governed by English Law.
