We hope that you are pleased with your purchases, but if you need to send them back for any reason, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.

Please make sure your pieces are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.

Please e-mail info@nothingtwice.co.uk to notify us of your intention to return the item quoting your invoice number. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase, name and address.

Upon receipt of the items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will process your refund within three days of receipt. Your credit card company may take up to seven working days to credit your account.

A return item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. It is advised that you return your item via Special Delivery or Courier since we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of one month after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected to verify if the damage is a result of the making of the jewellery and that proper care has been taken.
